It's been awhile since I have done anything Artsy. I been meaning to sculpt my father some fan chain pulls that look like large mouth basses. As well and making a pencil holder for my sister that has her beloved dog Freckles looking in to the glass. I bought some glass tumblers that are perfect but I just haven't gotten around to it. Sigh. I have made a magnet for dishwashers that have dirty and clean on them since whenever you open the dishwasher to get a clean dish the clean light goes off and then you can't remember if they're clean or not, sure you can tell by looking but who wants to risk it? Looking at other Sculptors works gets me inspired.

Wow, it has been forevah since I've logged in here. I guess work has kind of sucked any art making time out of my schedule, I had to check my drawing skills just to make sure I could still draw, luckily I can. Anyway I will make a couple of posts that are long over due. Erm.... the wedding planning is pretty much done. Since the wedding is in May -the post popular wedding month- I had to book my business in advance to make sure I got the people I wanted. Oh and also I went on a diet one to make myself healthier and to have that awesome bride body, I've already lost ten pounds! um yeah art stuff, yup.

I normally don't share my personal life on here but this is awesome news. I was proposed to by my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years at my graduation party on Saturday, in front of the majority of my family. I had a feeling he might, but I was still surprised, speechless and all I could do was cry with joy. The ring is gorgeous with nine huge diamonds that are 1.5 karat and the band is made of 18 karat white gold. The diamonds are the quality VS2 which is one of the highest quality of diamond you can find and the diamonds are very wide.

A lot has been going on lately, I had my very last supervisor observation today and it went fairly well, but boy I was nervous. Anyway I have finished the majority of the pendants I made in the past i just have yet to post them, which I plan to do. i also have work done from my school placement just in case I decide to teach the lessons I am learning to teach, so now I have examples! I have been really tired lately with so much going on in my life: student teaching, putting in applications, doing homework for my college courses, preparing for my sisters wedding, and preparing for my graduation. Whew! its a lot to do in such a short time.
